Who processes your data
The website xirurg.com is run by surgeon Nemat Allaberdiev. Place of appointments: Perfect Diagnostic Clinic, 25A Navoi Shoh St, Samarkand. Personal data is processed under the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Personal Data”.
What we collect
When you book or sign in: your name, phone number, the chosen date and time, the reason for the visit and your comment if you wrote one, and the site language.
Technical data: your IP address (to protect booking from spam and abuse) and a cookie that remembers you signed in. Language and theme are stored only in your browser.
Why
To book your appointment, confirm or reschedule it, call you back and keep your record with the doctor: visit dates and treatment.
We don't use your data for advertising and we don't sell it.
Legal basis
Your consent, given with the checkbox when booking or by tapping “Log in”. You can withdraw it at any time.
Who sees your data
Only the doctor and the reception staff who handle bookings. Booking requests reach the doctor via Telegram. Data is shared with others only where the law directly requires it.
How it is protected
The site works only over a secure connection (HTTPS). The doctor's account is password-protected, with optional confirmation by a Telegram code. Your patient profile on the site never shows complaints, diagnoses or treatment.
How long we keep it
As long as it is needed for booking and follow-up with the doctor, or until you withdraw consent. After that it is deleted unless the law requires keeping it longer.
Your rights
